This family-friendly property is a great holiday home located on a quiet road but within easy walking distance to everything the vibrant seaside town of Deal has to offer. The house has a lot of entertaining space including the large sitting room and open-plan dining room. In the spacious kitchen large double doors lead out onto a comfortable decked area and garden perfect for alfresco dining and for children to play. Sea Breeze has two airy double bedrooms, a single bedroom and family bathroom on the first floor and a third double bedroom located on the top floor with an adjacent en-suite bathroom. 


Both the beach and the award-winning high street are only a few minutes’ walk away. Access to the beach is via a short walk along the road which leads directly to the sea. From here a pathed promenade leads you all the way to the golf course, town centre and Deal's castles. 


The nearby town centre is just a few minutes’ walk from the house where you can pick up some lovely seafood from the local fishmonger, Jenkinson’s. The town itself is a charming mix of independent boutique shops, cafes restaurants and art galleries. 


There is usually some live music playing in the local pubs at weekends and this adds to the amazing buzz of this lively town. If you want to get out and about the City of Canterbury is a short 30 min drive away.
