Extenuating circumstances policy and the coronavirus (COVID-19)
We are all experiencing a tremendous amount of difficulty as the impact of the covid-19 virus is felt around the world.
This is an unprecedented situation with each and every one of us trying to manage, not only our respective areas of business, but our personal lives as well.
Our first priority is the safety and well being of our clients and guests. With the ongoing spread of covid-19 and the incredible speed with which the situation is changing we are working closely with our channel partners to adopt more flexible cancellation policy.
For stays with check-ins during the 30 day travel ban imposed by the government from 14th March up until 14th April 2020, we have relaxed our cancellation policy and guests will receive a full refund if they cancel during this period.
After 14th April our normal cancellation terms apply but each case will be reviewed individually. Guests are urged to speak to their travel insurance companies regarding cancelling their stays under the terms of our cancellation policy. Stays can be rescheduled to other dates throughout the year if the property is available.
We will continue to monitor advice from the centres of disease control and prevention, the world health organisation and the government and adjust our policies accordingly.
